Widerrufs- und Erstattungsrichtlinie

Unsere Produkte sind digitale Inhalte (Sound-Effects zum Download).

Mit dem Kauf stimmen Sie ausdrücklich zu, dass wir mit der Bereitstellung sofort, also vor Ablauf der 14-tägigen Widerrufsfrist, beginnen, und Sie bestätigen, dass Ihr gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht mit Beginn der Bereitstellung erlischt (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB). Eine Erstattung nach erfolgter Bereitstellung ist daher ausgeschlossen.

Solange die Bereitstellung noch nicht begonnen hat, steht Ihnen das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht zu. Einzelheiten und das Muster-Widerrufsformular finden Sie in der Widerrufsbelehrung am Ende unserer AGB.

Bei fehlerhaften Dateien oder einem nicht funktionierenden Download-Link erhalten Sie kostenfrei Ersatz. Schreiben Sie uns dazu an shop@showmusik.com.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Our products are digital content (sound effects supplied as a download).

By making a purchase, you expressly consent to us commencing provision immediately, that is before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you confirm that your statutory right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of provision (Section 356 (5) BGB). A refund after provision has begun is therefore excluded.

As long as provision has not yet begun, you have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are set out in the Withdrawal Instructions at the end of our Terms and Conditions.

If files are faulty or a download link does not function, you will receive a replacement free of charge. Please contact us at shop@showmusik.com.
